DA approval in 8 days for 1 into 2 lot subdivision

Scope: Split a large underutilized block into two modern residential lots with water views, near Olympic Games 2032 site.

Strategy: Designed site layouts to minimize views and infrastructure, while maximizing resale value.

Outcome: Both lots were sold for profit.

Multi-lot subdivision in a high-growth area

Scope: Subdivided a large residential block into three premium lots in a high-demand suburb.

Strategy: Optimized zoning allowances to create blocks for rooming and residential construction.

Outcome: All three lots were sold with short settlement periods, ensuring a fast and profitable exit.

Scope: Split a large block into two modern residential lots which were high in demand due to its school catchment location.
